INVOICING REMINDERS

Congratulations Buffalo Floor Machine, Tepe Sanitary Supply and Monroe's Quality Medical Equipment & Repair for submitting their invoices the quickest so far this year -- keep up the good work! Please remember:

  • Submit all invoices these within 5 days of completion
  • Invoices not submitted to Amigo within 25 days of completion cannot be guaranteed payment
BATTERY CHANGE:  WALMART SHOPPERS 
At the end of August, all Walmart Amigo ValueShoppers with begin shipping with two 18Ah batteriesWhen servicing these units, you will also need to use 18Ah replacement batteries.


If Walmart is shipping new Amigos or DNR replacement Amigos to your area, please stock 18Ah batteries so they're available when needed. The 18Ah battery part number is 9307.20 and the price is $75.00 each. For battery specification details, please click here

CONVEYOR REPAIRS
We are now able to provide service on conveyors for the Nestaflex and Aftersort brands at Walmart stores. With the holiday season quickly approaching, please expect an increase in these types of repairs in the coming months.

LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY
Below is a valuable repair technique we received from one our providers. This month's tip focuses on how to resync the remote for the Gatekeeper CartManager if the remote will not resync using the resyncing button.
 
Disconnect, and then reconnect the blue wire from the battery terminal (on the older models) or the brown wire from Battery 1 (on the newer models).  The system will reset and the remote should be good to resync.

Please continue inspecting the manual wheelchairs in stores while making other repairs. You can add repairs to electric shopping cart incidents by contacting your Amigo dispatching tech with your completed information.


LABOR CHARGES AND IVR TIMES
Recently we've noticed differences in labor charges from the IVR times in Service Channel. We ask you to take extra care when charging labor time for tech services. Any differences will be brought to your attention and adjusted


If you prefer skipping this process, you may authorize Amigo to adjust these times automatically without notification. Please email Kathy England at kengland@myamigo.com to set this up.
