Create Intentions, Not Goals for 2016
2015 is waning, and you may already be thinking about your New Year's Resolutions and goals. But before you jot them down, stop and think deliberately about the personal commitment behind them. Is there intentionality in your thought process, or are you repeating the same motions as last year? Author and motivational speaker Wayne Dyer said, "Our intention creates our reality," and this profound statement holds the key to real transformation. Intention is the force that sets the course for what we desire, what we create, and what we experience.
So as you approach the holiday season and the new year, ask yourself:
- What beliefs no longer serve me?
- What behaviors no longer serve me?
- How do I want to feel in 2016?
- What do I want to experience?
- What do I want to be grateful for?

Peer-to-peer fundraising is built on the efforts of passionate people surmounting obstacles to raise money from friends, family and colleagues. The Cash, Sweat & Tears Award honors the passion of your most extraordinary volunteers -- the people who take on physical challenges, overcome obstacles or raise huge sums from friends, family and colleagues for your cause.
It's a free, easy way to recognize someone who has gone above and beyond to fuel your organization.
You have until this Friday, December 18, 2015 to nominate an outstanding participant -- whether their achievement relates to dollars raised, overcoming personal challenges or team leadership.
One winner will be honored at the 2016 Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum Conference on February 24 in Orlando with a trophy and a cash contribution to your organization. Every nominee is recognized with a Cash, Sweat & Tears Certificate of Merit.
