Early Voting for Special Board Election Begins October 19

A special school board election will be held on Tuesday, November 3 to elect Place 6 on the Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees.

Parent-Teacher Conferences on October 8 and 9
|
|
MISD parent-teacher conferences will be held on October 8 and 9. Please note: October 9 is a student holiday.

Take Part in MISD's Colors for Caring Initiative

On the first Monday of each month in the 2015-16 school year, Mansfield ISD is encouraging the community to wear a color that represents a cancer that affected the life of a loved one.
Superintendent Dr. Jim Vaszauskas is very grateful for the support he received during his bout with thymoma cancer, so he wants to spread the power of community support through a Colors for Caring initiative. View details about dates and cancer colors �

Mansfield ISD School Board Vice President Raul Gonzalez now sits on the executive board of the North Texas Area Association of School Boards (NTAASB).

MISD Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
|
|
Mansfield ISD continues to celebrate the culture and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans during National Hispanic Heritage Month.
Hispanic Heritage Month encompasses many important days in the Hispanic and Latino culture. The month-long observation, which is from September 15 through October 15, includes Columbus Day and the anniversary of independence for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile.
