Do you know how beneficial it is to start the day with lemon added to water?

Drinking a glass of warm water with lemon first thing in the morning is an excellent way to get your body going. It's like oil for the Tinman as it goes to work lubricating all of your different internal systems.
You want the water to be warm so that it's not a shock to your system. Use juice from half a lemon for 1 glass.
 The lemon will help get your digestive system ready for the coming meals. You can add a pinch of salt -preferably Himalayan salt. Read why to add the salt here

Do you remember Martin?

The challenge winner from last year who fell in love with yoga.
He is now teaching Hatha and Yin after spending time in both Singapore studying under Asias best Yin teacher, Victor Chng, and in Goa and Rishikesh, India for 2,5 months to get the 'ancient yoga traditions' incoorporated in the body and soul.

New to Yin Yoga?


Thursdays at 12.30 pm you can join Charlotte in her 'Beginners Yin class'

Charlotte will guide you into the poses slowly and help you get to know how to use props etc. preparing you for the advanced Yin classes where time is short for that. 
You will build greater awareness of conscious breathing and find relaxation and release in these classes.
Charlotte has studied under Sarah Powers and Victor Chng, two of the leading Yin Yoga teachers. She also trained in India several times over the past years.
