Splash Into Summer!

Keith Towles My Northern friends and clients always tell me that "up North" Memorial Day was considered the beginning of Summer and time to "open" the pool. Of course, the water was still pretty cool but even if you didn't have a pool heater the first BBQ of the season and the first dip in the pool were a must!

Since I was born and raised in Southwest Florida, pretty much every day is a pool day here. Sure, we may have a cool spell now and then, but the majority of our pools are either heated or have heat retaining covers...and if you have Northern visitors during that time, it's a lot warmer than home for them.

I think we're well into warm weather now with 90 degree days that make a swim in the pool quite refreshing!

I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Please take time to remember and honor our military personnel who have died in the service of our country.

The dark faux wood grained garage doors add another level of textural detail to the otherwise smooth finish of the stucco.

The entry door has been installed, too. The arched door with glass panes emulates the exterior archway and allows a view through the house to the backyard.

Within the Pebble Technology� line, their newest addition is Beadcrete� - that contains solid glass spheres for a beautiful reflective surface.

Other innovative products that are available for your outdoor oasis include, salt chlorinators, heat pumps, multi-level decks, fire or water bowls (or a combination of both) gas tiki torches, sun ledges, walk-in beach access, spas & vanishing edges and swim up bars - to name just a few!
