Keith Towles was the only one with a detailed explanation and cost summary for our proposed home. By detailed, I mean every facet of the construction was explained with a cost analysis from each of his sub-contractors. By the way, he works with the best and none take shortcuts.
Keith was very patient and courteous with us throughout the project. We changed our design a few times before construction and Keith worked very patiently with us on these changes.
One major point that impressed us throughout the project was when something didn't look right or wasn't finished right, it was redone correctly - all without being asked to. That is impressive. This is a house I know was built correctly. A house we are very proud of...

January in SW Florida is a mixed bag of weather. We'll have beautiful, clear blue skies and temperatures in the high 70's then, with hardly any notice, the weather can change! And, the temperatures may go up or down...or go from sunny to cloudy to rain in a matter of minutes.
