About Our Homes...
The Master Bath is one of the most important items on a client's checklist when building a new home. It functions as a retreat for most people and in a Towles home we make sure that we incorporate all of our client's wishes...and dreams!
Extraordinary Homes for Extraordinary People!
The center piece of this majestic master bath is the faux finished "granite" canopied jetted tub complete with contrasting "marble" columns. Acting as a backdrop for the tub is a tiled walk through shower with ceiling mounted rain head and glass divider wall.
The vanity sink is framed by an arched valance and two tall wall cabinets that conceal small bath items. The sit down makeup area continues the line of antique white cabinetry coordinating with the raised panel bathing platform. The floor plans on our website show a variety of ideas to get you thinking about what you've always wanted in your home. They are a beginning in the thought process of designing YOUR perfect home. |
Ask Keith...
What type of A/C should we use for the best efficiency?
The air conditioning unit we recommend for our homes is the Trane XL20i. W ith a SEER* rating of up to 20.00, this unit is among the highest energy efficiency rating of any air conditioner available today. It has two compressors: one for milder weather and a second larger compressor for those extremely hot days. It's like having two units in one. It is built to stand up to the elements and deliver reliable cooling, even on the hottest day of the year, and lowering your cooling costs at the same time.
When matched with a variable speed indoor unit from Trane, the XL20i has another special feature. It's a method of enhancing airflow that Trane calls Comfort-R™ which gives you greater humidity control in cooling. This is accomplished by running the fan at a slower speed during start-up. Comfort-R™ also provides warmer air during heating start-up. These managed cycles reduce temperature variances for the optimum in home comfort.
Trane has the industry leading 12-year limited warranty on the compressors and 10 year limited warranty on the outdoor coil and internal functional parts.
Note: SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is the rating on a unit's efficiency. The higher the unit's SEER rating the more energy efficient it is.

And now a word from our Homeowners...
"When we decided to build, we interviewed lots of builders and asked friends for recommendations. TowlesCorp and Keith always received rave reviews, especially for their reputation of taking care of their clients. We found the ease of working with Keith and his attention to detail to be exactly what we wanted.
Our home is very unique and has many special details. For example, in our kitchen we used European Cherry, slate tile and a double bullnose curved granite top. The curved soffit follows the same lines of the countertop.
What do we love about our house? Everything!
It's totally customized for us!"
