Change doesn't have to be scary! A positive approach to change is vital if you are a leader in your practice. Everyone looks to you to model the behavior that will keep the practice moving forward. Last month, we gave you some tips for how to view change more optimistically.

This month, we're tackling the topic of managing change more effectively. Which tools do you have at your disposal? (Hint: There are more ways to influence your team than you think.) When should you use each tool? Where should you focus your energy?
