2012:
The net amount raised for people in dire need in 2012 was well over $50,000 for the fifth year in a row! To that end The Sanger Foundation disbursed nearly $52,000 directly to service providers in the name of various beneficiaries. The foundation is very proud and honored to be involved with all of you for this amazing cause that is changing people's lives in our community.
2013:
September 28, 2013. Save the date for our 6th Annual Sanger Foundation Golf Tournament, Auction and Dinner. This event accounts for nearly 90% of our annual fundraising. Please join us at Pinehurst Country Club for the sixth year in a row and let's make this event the most successful yet!
About Us:
The Sanger Foundation was formed to fill a gap for individuals facing serious medical needs with inadequate personal resources to meet that need. Our goal and purpose is to assist individuals from the general public with extraordinary medical expenses who are in a substantial and dire financial situation.
The Sanger Foundation is also proud to collaborate with The Home Builder's Foundation http://hbfdenver.org by providing financial assistance towards some of the many accessibility projects they complete each year as well as working directly with some beneficiaries on medical and medicine needs.
The Sanger Foundation also funds The John Sanger Scholarship program which helps one deserving boy and one deserving girl at Englewood High School with first year college expenses each year. John Sanger taught and coached at Englewood High School for 30 years leaving a lasting impression on many young lives.

Our Expenses:
The Sanger Foundation remains virtually operating expense free. With the exception of minimal legal, accounting and tax return needs, all other functions are performed by the foundation board and volunteers at no cost to the foundation. This assures that approximately 98 cents of every dollar raised, goes to our neighbors in dire need of help. John Sanger, our inspiration for The Sanger Foundation, is improving every year and wants to thank you all for you incredible generosity.
