I love coconut oil. It's the fat that can make you thin as well as energize you. Yes, this saturated fat makes you thin. As an MCTFA (Medium Chain Fatty Acid), it's very easy for your body to digest as it doesn't need to be broken down like other fats. This way, it is immediately absorbed and sent to the liver providing you with instant energy.
The benefits lay in its high percentage of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). That's a mouthful, but it translates to the stuff that boosts your metabolism, supports your thyroid, and helps you lose weight.
