Kraft Finally Dumps the Dye from an American Staple
It's hard to believe that the Kraft Dinner many of us grew up on was so toxic! In particular, Kraft Mac and Cheese contains artificial Yellow Dye #5 and Yellow Dye #6. What's the big deal you ask? It's toxic and can be carcinogenic (that means its agents are known to be directly involved in causing cancers). In fact, these dyes are so bad for you that they are actually banned in certain countries such as Norway and Austria and currently being phased out in the UK.
