
Thank you to those of you for asking that we add another group Fall Detox for October. We've had an overwhelming response and will be offering the next Official Health Coach Detox to begin on Friday, October 17th!
The results have been so amazing and gratifying to both our Detoxers and us. One woman told me she never would have guessed 10 days would make her a completely new person. Yet on day nine of the detox she ran 5 miles for the first time in 2 years! Other people have lost their hot flashes, while others no longer suffer from acid reflux or joint pain--not to mention losing from 5 to 12 pounds (one person lost 20 pounds!).
