 Let Us HEALTH You Quick Tips

 People are Dying to Eat

 

It's official.  People throughout the world in developed countries are dying from a growing epidemic.  People are suffering from malnutrition.  However, it's not those gaunt, stick figure-like people with the protruding bellies you may be picturing.  Today's malnourished people are actually obese.

 

How can that be?  Well, the "food" they eat isn't really food.  With so much processed food with little or no nutritional value and ingredients that we can't even pronounce, it doesn't get digested.  While the body tries to figure out what to do,  it gets stored it as fat. It also puts stress on the organs in the body to figure out how to deal with these foreign pieces of matter.  

 

The UN's Millennium goal 30 years ago was to end starvation.  Now, one of the primary risk factors for the world's greatest cause of premature death is obesity.  In fact, we now realize that far more people die worldwide from four major global diseases:

  • Diabetes
  • Cardiovascular Disease
  • Lung Disease
  • Cancer

 The above may be directly or indirectly related to the toxic food we put in our body.  The scary part is how quickly our children are being affected.  The American Center for Disease Control reports that in the past 30 years, obesity in children age 6-11 has doubled while adolescents age 12-19 has quadrupled.

 

It is with these facts in mind that I am grateful to be doing my small part by encouraging all of you and your families to eat real, one-ingredient food and listen to your body.  Dump the waste by crowding it out with what your body was intended to eat.  Freeing our body of toxins is the key and I am proud that our Official Health Coach Detox program will help defy the statistics stated above. You are still welcome to join our community.  It's pretty simple.  It just starts with eating real food so that your body will go back into balance.  Balance can mean anything from dropping extra pounds you weren't meant to have, alleviating mystery symptoms no one can figure out, gaining natural all-day energy or even ridding yourself of nagging food cravings.
