Summer Sale - August 15-19
Yarn - Equipment - Books

It's a fiber-lovers yard sale! I have more equipment than will fit in the shop. I had plans for all the yarn, but won't live to use it all. (No, there is nothing wrong, except that I'm well over 30!) So you can benefit. Shop early for the best selection.

Spinzilla is Coming

 Join the Meridian Jacobs team!

Farm Club
What is that? A spinning competition! National Spinning Week is October 7-13 and Spinzilla is a competition to find out which team can spin the most yarn in that time. Team sign-ups will start August 15. More info later. Get those wheels ready!

Lambs in July?

Normally no, but there were 7 lambs born at the State Fair. Here is a video of spring lambing. Look at the YouTube channel for another new video--Fran & Jackie lambing.

Summer & Fall Classes

It's not too late to learn to felt or spin or weave this summer! See the list of classes and links to the left. Don't see a date that works? Get together 2 or 3 friends and contact me to set up a class.

Blending Board

How fun will it be to spin this fiber? These are rolags made on the Clemes & Clemes blending board. This is a great way to make a repeatable variegated handspun yarn...or a totally random combination of color and fiber! See this link to find out more. Look for a class in using the blending board soon!

  Rolags made on blending board

Did you know that I have some new authors in the flock? Marilyn and Mary have made their debuts in a few on-line publications. (See CNCH on-line newsletter.) Look for more from them and some of the other sheep.
