Spinzilla is Coming

What is that? A spinning competition! National Spinning Week is October 7-13 and Spinzilla is a competition to find out which team can spin the most yarn in that time. Team sign-ups will start August 15. More info later. Get those wheels ready!

Lambs in July?
Normally no, but there were 7 lambs born at the State Fair. Here is a video of spring lambing. Look at the YouTube channel for another new video--Fran & Jackie lambing.

Blending Board
How fun will it be to spin this fiber? These are rolags made on the Clemes & Clemes blending board. This is a great way to make a repeatable variegated handspun yarn...or a totally random combination of color and fiber! See this link to find out more.
