The 29th Annual House and Garden Tour and Art Show will be held Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 1 to 5 pm. The tour begins at St. Anthony's Church parking lot on Chesapeake Avenue, between 1st and 2nd Streets in North Beach. Parking is free and a free air-conditioned shuttle will be available for transportation between various tour stops. Tour guides/brochures ($10 per person) may be purchased in advance at Nice & Fleazy Antiques and Sisters' Corner, both in North Beach, and at St. Anthony's parking lot the day of the tour. The deadline to register to vote, change party affiliation, or update an address or name change for this election is 9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.

The 2014 Gubernatorial Primary Election is on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. The early voting dates are Thursday, June 12-Thursday, June 19, 2014.

Calvert County residents with a Maryland driver's license or MVA-issued ID may access https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/OnlineVoterRegistration to complete these transactions online. Voters and members of the military, their spouses and dependents who are overseas and who do not have a Maryland driver's license or MVA-issued ID, may also register or change their address or party affiliation online using different identifying information.
