On December 20th, OMB and the Council of Financial Assistance Reform (COFAR) announced that there would be training on the Supercircular in the new year. Today, OMB and COFAR announced that the first full day of training on Uniform Grant Guidance has been set to take place by webinar on January 27, 2014. It will cover changes to Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, Audit Requirements and other topics as yet to be determined.
