Thank YOU!
Thank you again for being a loyal member of the Bay Business Group. In these trying times, it's so important to partner, network, and support each other and that's what the BBG is all about. As we do each year, we're looking to revamp our committees, so please step up, share your strengths with our all-volunteer group, and help us out with various projects. We're only as strong as our membership, so we will have a focus on attracting new members in the coming year. As 2013 comes to a close, I'd like to wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2014.
Sincerely,
Diane Burr
BBG President

Photo Booth Photos from BBG Holiday Party
Thank you to everyone who came to the BBG Christmas Party on Dec. 11 at the Bayside History Museum! It was one of the best attended (if not THE biggest) party ever for the BBG! The venue was awesome - thanks again to BBG Member Grace Mary Brady for allowing us to use the lovely Bayside History Museum and introduce our local business owners to this community asset showcasing our local heritage. And thanks again to our BBG member caterers: Rod 'N' Reel, Herrington on the Bay Catering, Heavenly Chicken & Ribs, Capt. Cook's BBQ, and Sweet Sue's - the food of course was scrumptious! Thanks also to Kim Breedlove (Breedlove Events) and Victoria Ronan (Servpro) for serving on our BBG Events Committee and helping organize such a fun event!
If you tried out Brian McDaniel and Crow Entertainment's Smile and Click Photo Booth at the BBG Christmas Party, here is the download link for higher-quality photos you can put on Facebook - or just have fun with!
And if you'd like to get the Photo Booth at one of your upcoming events, just let Brian know! (please embed link below)

4th Annual MBE-WBE-DBE Legislative Night
4th Annual MBE-WBE-DBE Legislative Night in Annapolis, Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. President's Conference Center West I and II, the Miller Senate Building, 11 Bladen Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
The 2014 MBE-WBE-DBE Legislative Night in Annapolis is an opportunity for state agencies representatives, business organizations, private industry, entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, interest groups, and individuals across Maryland to come together with one voice to support or oppose legislation that impact their lives, their businesses and the economy. It provides an opportunity for individuals to meet State Senators and Delegates and be informed of legislation that has been introduced or will be introduced during the 2014 legislation session and to voice their concerns and interests about legislation that is or is not being proposed. It is a time to lend their collective voices to recommend to elected officials legislation they would like to see enacted and to learn how the political process works. It is a chance to learn the MBE-WBE-DBE priorities of the gubernatorial candidates vying for the position of Governor of the State of Maryland.
