New Calvert County Notification System
Calvert County Government is implementing a new notification system in July that can notify citizens and businesses about various emergency and non-emergency situations.
The new Calvert County ALERT system replaces the county's previous notification system, CodeRED, and allows county agencies to better communicate with thousands of residents and businesses within minutes in the event of an emergency. Sign up HERE: https://member.everbridge.net/index/892807736721595

All you have to do to TAKE THE CHALLENGE is commit to eating local during Buy Local Week (July 20-28, 2013).
You can also participate in this year's CONTEST: "Take the Challenge Outdoors." One winning entry will receive a prize basket valued at $200. In addition, a donation of fresh local farm food valued at $200 will be made in the winner's name to local families in need via the Maryland Food Bank and partners statewide.
