Review Olde Bay Tavern on Yelp!

Yelp is the fun and easy way to find and talk about great local businesses. Yelp is used by many people today to find new restaurants to visit. We think our local non-chain tavern deserves a little love too! Can you submit a quick review for us? It won't take more than a couple of minutes but would be really appreciated.
Will you submit a review about the food or overall experience you had while eating at OBT? It doesn't need to be too long. You can write a simple message that described: the meal you ate the server that served you the original recipes the head chef or anything else related to your dining experience You can write the review on our Yelp Page. Thanks so much! http://www.yelp.com/biz/olde-bay-tavern-north-beach You truly are a STAR, Doug & Colleen McClair -Olde Bay Tavern, Proprietors

Help Develop the Calvert County War of 1812 Committee

On Thursday, March 1, we invite you to attend a meeting to develop the Calvert County War of 1812 Committee. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. and last approximately 1 ˝ hours. The meeting will be held at the Department of Economic Development in Prince Frederick located in the brick building across the street from the State Police Barracks, the same building that houses Parks and Recreation.
Much has been done in the area to develop programs, exhibits, brochures and other tourism product. This committee will work to pull all of that together and suggest new programs, projects and product that could enhance the visitor experience.
The National Park Service and the Maryland Office of Tourism continue work on the commemoration that will last into 2015. The product, the Star Spangled Banner Byway, has been developed so that its sustainability will continue for twenty years or more.
Calvert County has a great opportunity to draw the heritage tourist to our area sites throughout this project.
