New "AWAKENING YOUR LIGHT BODY" meditation class for beginners starts January
Awakening your light body I am offering my monthly mediation class for beginners January 25th 2014.

Class is once a month for 6 months on Saturday from 9-4.
Continental breakfast and full lunch will be available. Coffee, Tea and chocolate will be available to enhance everyones needs.

I have been teaching this powerful class for over 18 years and I love to watch the magic that happens when people become empowered to live the life they are meant to live with peace, abundance and joy!

 The Coon Rapids VFW is sponsoring a fund raising benefit and you are invited to come and enjoy a spaghetti dinner and spend the evening listening to Rock & Roll music. This will be a great event for you to dance the night away and forget winter is here in full force! Come and enjoy the fun and donate to a good cause! Elvis is planning an appearance!
