Avoid Stress!

OK, Stress can be difficult to avoid in our busy, modern lives; especially as the holidays approach. But, if we can't avoid stress altogether, finding ways to reduce it, is so important.

Stress decreases your immunity and increases blood pressure. Also, when we're stressed we tend to frown and furrow which deepens wrinkles, and to make matters worse, we turn to sugar to alleviate the stress. Double whammy!
