Auction Information
The committee has been working hard to put together a FREE fun-filled night for NCS families and friends. Below is some basic information about the auction.
  1. The auction is Thursday, November 12, 2015 in the NCS gymnasium.
  2. The auction is free and open to the general public.
  3. The auction features rows of tables displaying hundreds of items collected by the auction committee. There are also class baskets and grade level art projects available for bid.
  4. Most of the auction items require silent bidding. There will be 5-6 live auction items.
  5. All NCS parents are asked to come, check in, and receive a bidder number. They are also encouraged to bring friends and relatives.
  6. Childcare is provided for NCS and non-NCS children in preK-6th grade by donation.
  7. Children are permitted in the gym during the auction, but close supervision is required.
  8. People come to the auction at different times. Some like to shop right after school, but most enjoy the fun festivities which usually take place between 6pm and 8pm.
  9. Buy it now opportunities are available to bidders starting at 3pm for those families unable to attend Thursday evening or wanting to pay a premium for a specific item.
  10. There will be free snacks, drinks, and live entertainment by our faculty and staff at the auction.
  11. Dress is casual.
  12. There will be a 50/50 raffle at the end of the evening.  Tickets are on sale now $1 each.  Need not be present to win.  Last year's winner took home $2,000!
We still need items!

Specifically we are asking for:

1.  Do you have a cabin/house somewhere in the SE USA that you would donate for a few days?

2.  Do you have tickets to a sporting event in the TB Area you would donate (especially if you will not be able to attend that particular game)?

3.  Do you own a business and would donate a gift certificate or item?  Or work for a business that would donate something?

4.  Do you have a gift card in your purse or wallet you know you won't use?
