Dear Parents,
 
This email applies to all current members of the Royal Ambassador High School Chorale and Band which includes: the marching band color guard, those who will be 9th grade members of those groups next year, and a handful of current 7th graders who will be invited up to join the High School Marching Band next fall as 8th graders.
 
The deposit for the December 2016 trip to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii is due this Monday, September 21, 2015.
 
The deposit due is $75 per person. This means $75 for the performing student + $75 per parent(s) or relative(s) that are going.
 
 1.  Please make checks payable to "Northside Christian School".
  2. Indicate who the deposit is for - name of student, name of parent(s), etc.
  3.  Bring check in an envelope marked "Hawaii Trip" to Becky Cate in the Fine Arts   Office before 4:00 pm Monday, September 21.
The trip is 6 days/5 nights from December 3 (or 4) - December 9 (or 10), 2016. 
(Actual dates dependent on airfare rates available at time of booking)
 
The total estimated student price of the trip (pre-fundraising) is currently $2,000 - $2,500 (price range based on airfare)
 
Prices for other travelers will depend on the number of people in the hotel room.
 
The good news is that we have already raised $15,000 toward the overall group cost - This, along with additional funds to be raised in the future, will be divided up evenly between all student performers who are participating in the trip.  (Fundraisers do not apply to parents and relatives, only performers)
 
Trip insurance is available for purchase on an individual basis - more details coming.
