All kindergarten through 12th grade parents should be receiving by mail this week a new Medical Release form that MUST BE ON FILE prior to the first day of school.  Please take the time to fill out this very important form and return it to Heather Lasseter in the High School Office ASAP.  If your student is planning to attend Band Camp or Football Camp prior to the first day of school, this form must be received before they can get on the bus. You can access this form by clicking on the red cross located on the home page of www.nck12.com. Licensing requires a separate form for preschool families. If your child is in preschool, you should have received your licensing packet by mail last week.
