Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

In celebration of a successful year and appreciation for our hard working team at Landesign, we enjoyed a day at the AT&T Ball Park! Great weather, great food, and great company lead for a successful team bonding event.

We have much to celebrate this year at the half way mark including dynamic team additions, a Marin County expansion, and wonderful new clients.

We look forward to more celebrations and new industry opportunities. Thank you to all our employees for your dedication and hard work!

Play ball!

Ahead of the Curve in Marin County

Lawn Alternatives for Drought Conditions

Landesign has been hard at work getting ahead of the curve in providing creative and sustainable solutions for lawn replacement. In California's drought it is important to rethink where lawn should be and utilize other solutions in order to save water and enhance your curb appeal.

Landesign has been moving along in Marin County and has fostered a relationship with RealManage Property Management by providing a alternative lawn design! Landesign's River Bed  Install for RealManage was implemented at Madera del Presidio located in Corte Madera.

The design utilizes Noiyo Cobbles and Sonoma Fieldstone to create a gorgeous river rock bed. The river rock bed is complimented with perennials and ornamental grasses that are not only drought tolerant but colorful! The install was designed by in house designer Julianna Wild a graduate of Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

RealManage Property Management is leading the way in alternative lawn use and Landesign is geared up to continue the trend! If your are thinking of re-visioning your lawn spaces and need a custom design to add sustainability and personality to your space, start here!
