As one comes to the end or conclusion of something, it is worthwhile to take a moment to review and assess - what milestones have been reached, what obstacles overcome, what lessons learned and perhaps most importantly, what mistakes made that we will know NOT to make again.
 

Have we met any wonderful people along the way who impressed us by how brave or hardworking they are or who have moved us by what they do or how they are?  Are there people who surround us that are caring and nurturing and think mostly of other people and not themselves?  Are we gathering character and personality traits that we want to incorporate into our own persona?
 

These are all parts of the reflective process that is valuable to engage in at the conclusion of an important experience in our lives, such as a school year.
