AMAAS 2014 Audience Development Symposium

Friday, May 9th = Hold the Date
We are currently programming the 2014 AMAAS symposium to be held May 9th at the Art Gallery of Alberta in Edmonton. Plan for an engaging day of professional development and interacting with peers. Plus Spirit of Helen Award, Prairie Tales 16 Premiere and media arts camaraderie in collaboration with the Global Vision Film Festival. Details and registration: April 1st.

The 2014 Lethbridge International Film Festival starts tonight. A project of cIneMAGINE and the Lethbridge Public Library, all screenings take place in the Theatre Gallery of the main branch of the library. Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted). TIDAL FORCE 2014: National Media Arts Summit

The Independent Media Arts Alliance (IMAA) is pleased to invite you to the TIDAL FORCE 2014, bringing together close to 150 arts administrators representing organizations from across Canada. The conference will focus on the artistic, political, and social elements that are representative of current media arts practice inclusive of film, video, audio, and new media. Plus it will be the launching pad for the first ever National Media Arts Prize, a national biennial cash award to be presented at a gala celebration. Registration starts now!
