Chase Mobile App Coming Soon

Over the past number of months Point2 has embarked on a renewed commitment to ensure we are providing syndication and marketing solutions that provide comprehensive protection and control of our client's real estate data and information. As such we would like to bring to your attention a new listing display opportunity through Point2.

JP Morgan Chase will be joining the US Point2 Syndication network within the next few weeks. Point2 will send you notification once Chase has been added to our Network. Once Chase is added they will be an available option to you and your members for the consumer display of their listings to the Chase My New Home Mobile App and Website.

Point2 has been working very closely with the Chase syndication implementation to ensure that all of the required implementation points have been satisfied in order to provide protection of your data. The agreement we have reached with Chase is under the terms of our new data distribution agreement for the use of your listing data for consumer display purposes ONLY.

The following is a description of the mobile app provided by Chase. Please feel free to make this information available to your members.

Finding the perfect home just got easier. With the Chase My New Home mobile app, potential homebuyers can search, compare and rate homes based on their own unique criteria, save and share favorite properties with family and friends, and instantly contact the listing agent or broker to schedule a showing. Customers can even calculate estimated monthly payments and connect with a Mortgage Banker for help with any financing questions.

The My New Home app focuses on the simple concept of "your listing-- your lead". No other agent or broker information is displayed or associated with your agent or broker's listing. Their contact information is clearly displayed and available for the customer to reach out directly to them. Customer leads go straight to your agents and brokers, free of charge.

The My New Home app is a free search tool available today for Apple and Android devices. There is no cost to the MLS or your agents and brokers to have their listings in front of hundreds of thousands of consumers who are actively engaged in the home-buying process.

Chase is actively promoting the My New Home app in national, regional and local advertising campaigns. We're also promoting the app within our extensive customer network that touches one in every four households in the United States, including:

50 Million Chase Customers,

6,000+ local bank branches,

17,500 ATMs, and

Billion visitors to Chase.com every month.

Take advantage of what we've made available to you and your members. Put your listings in front of hundreds of thousands of potential customers who are actively looking to buy.

As with any syndication destination, you do have the ability to disable the destination as an option.

If you have any concerns surrounding this notification or if you would like your members to receive a copy of this notification, please contact your Point2 Account Executive. Of course, you can always contact me at 1 858 737 2703 for any issues or questions you might have on this or any subject.

Hot Tip: Make LinkedIn a Hot Prospecting Tool

How can agents use LinkedIn to begin creating a powerful Internet digital footprint?

LinkedIn is rated as the top online relationship channel for business. Many sales people think that LinkedIn is like a yellow pages listing, when in fact, LinkedIn is one of the most powerful ways to generate pre-qualified leads, leverage implied endorsements, promote your events and create brand awareness.

Mastering LinkedIn for real estate agents requires a consistent strategy that leads to engagement! If you are going to be online, isn't part of your strategy to get more business? LinkedIn can help you do just that by dramatically expanding your network.

Here are the 4 key steps to putting LinkedIn to work for you as a free prospecting tool:

  1. Complete your LinkedIn profile - start with a professional photo - then include pertinent information about what you do and how you do it. Do you help first time home buyers? Do you specialize in vacation homes? Do you work with short sales? Add as much information as you can to set you apart from other agents in your area.

  2. Do a search and find out who is in your "network" and ask them to join you. You want to avoid "linking up" with just anyone who asks. Look strategically to see how this person and their network will contribute to building your business brand. Remember: this is a business network.

  3. Launch, join and engage with LinkedIn groups. This is one of the top ways to initiate higher visibility! You can also follow companies on LinkedIn to stay up to date on the latest developments.

  4. Create a plan that will continue to add value to your LinkedIn profile by posting articles, reports and blog posts. You can share posts that you create on your Facebook and Twitter accounts and also posts by respected industry leaders. What kind of information will people in your network value? That is the kind of content you should try to post at least once a week!
Key Action:

If you work LinkedIn daily, it will work for you!
