San Francisco, East Bay, and El Paso Announce MLS Websites Built by Point2
You may have noticed our announcement last month that we are now offering Associations/MLSs Public Facing MLS Websites with no use of dues dollars required!
San Francisco, East Bay, and El Paso are the first to implement these sites. El Paso went live last week, San Francisco and East Bay to follow shortly.
Developed as a white label solution, Point2 Public Facing MLS Websites are an efficient, cost effective, easy-to-use solution for any REALTORŪ Association or MLS to display and promote its member's listings and directly monetize their listing data, becoming less dependent on third party aggregation sites.
Point2 Public Facing MLS Websites are not reliant on dues dollars, and will be a revenue-generating resource, as well as a lead source for members. Saul offers his perspective on this movement to public portals in this recent posting.
