Changes Coming to the Syndication Dashboard
We are excited to report that our Listing Syndication control panel- the "Syndication Dashboard"- has undergone an important facelift, both aesthetically and functionally.
These infrastructure changes are necessary to allow us to set the stage for new and exciting product developments coming soon.
The NEW control panel, called simply the "Point2 Account", will allow members to access several new features, including but not limited to:
* "Connect to your MLS"- This new process enables members to access their Point2 Account through an easy self-guided identification process, accessible from Point2.com. Previously this access was only obtained through a unique URL contained in an e-mail.
*Prospect Management- Brokers AND Agents will now be able to access information on prospects within their own Point2 Accounts.
*"Notifications"- This new section on the Point2 Account homepage provides a quick at-a-glance view of any syndication setting changes made by you (via your MLS dashboard), the Broker, or the Agent.
*Featured Listings on Point2 Homes- Members will now have the option to feature their listing on Point2 Homes right from their Point2 Account.
*More Broker control- Brokers will now have the ability to DISABLE their agents from turning OFF a partner that they have turned on.
*More Agent control- Agents will now have the ability to globally disable syndication partners that have been allowed by their broker.
More information will be coming in the upcoming weeks as we begin this transition.

Remembering Pat Bybee
The entire MLS & Association team here at Point2 were deeply saddened to hear about the tragic loss of Pat Bybee, respected MLS Executive, earlier this month. Several of us had the pleasure to meet with her personally over the past several years at various tradeshows and conferences.
"She was an early adopter, conscientious, and a real supporter of the brokers and agents she worked for over many years," said Saul Klein. "What a tragedy."
A Memorial Scholarship has been set up in Pat's name at the Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Management at Denver University. This fund will be used to support deserving students at the Burns School that are pursuing real estate management careers on the undergraduate or graduate level.
