CC Interns Earn Highest Praise
 With clients such as Big Mama's Kitchen and Sandwich Shop, R&AMarketing, eSports Solutions, Oriental Trading Co., and Union Pacific, 83 Design Collective had more work than the current staff could handle, and owner Brad Stoneking decided to hire summer interns. He chose two students from the Creative Center: Evan Dooley and Jessica Smolinski.
"Hiring interns is always risky, and I'll admit that I had doubts about hiring from the Creative Center instead of my alma mater, but after working with them this summer, I couldn't have asked for two better people when we really needed it."
"Evan has the best work ethic out of  any student I've worked with, and Jessica is like the other portion of my brain - I don't have to second guess her decision-making skills."
"They have been amazing. I've asked them to stay on and work part-time while they continue their schooling next year."
Which is, of course, the highest praise that any intern could ask for: the opportunity to remain on the job.

Featured Project: Absolut Ads
The advertising for Absolut Vodka has become a part of pop culture as much as the Mastercard Priceless ads or the Budweiser Clydesdales. In first year, students are challenged with designing a new ad for Absolut using their existing campaign idea, and given only one day to complete it.
