Congregational administrators exercise spiritual leadership every day as they offer their gifts to congregational communities. As quiet partners in congregational life working behind the scenes to support the work of congregational staff and lay leaders, however, their efforts are frequently overlooked or undervalued. Often, even administrators don't recognize the vital ministries they provide.
This webinar is for administrators who would like to step more fully into their spiritual leadership. Through brief presentations, conversation and storytelling, we will explore together how administrators are already sharing their spiritual leadership gifts and how they might do so more powerfully.
In particular, administrators will
- consider the particular gifts they bring to creating community
- reflect on barriers they face in exploring and delivering those gifts
- envision the ways they can address these barriers by exercising their spiritual leadership internally

AUUA chapter meeting.
