
Call to Meeting -- Ballou Channing District Annual Meeting
Pursuant to Article V of the Ballou Channing District bylaws, "District Meetings", notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Ballou Channing District of the Unitarian Universalist Association will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, commencing at 9:00 a.m.
The Annual Meeting shall attend to the business matters of the District as posted on the final agenda. Please note that this meeting will involve only the Ballou Channing District. The other three districts in the New England Region, Clara Barton Massachusetts Bay, and Northern New England, will conduct their annual meetings separately.
Annual Meeting materials
Print copies of materials for Annual Meeting delegates will not be provided. Instead, electronic copies will be found on the regional website where delegates may download them to print or transfer to mobile computers, tablets and telephones. Documents will be available on the website as of Monday, March 21, 2016.
Materials available for download on the website include:
- Memo describing procedure for registering delegates. Delegates must be registered before the business meeting starts at 9:00 a.m.
- Schedule of events and meeting agenda
- Proposed budget for Fiscal 2017
- Minutes of the 2015 Annual Meeting
- Meeting Rules of Procedure
- Reports from officers, the Nominating Committee, nominee biographies, and regional and district budgets. These constitute the Ballou Channing District Annual Report.
NOTE: we will NOT be providing print copies of the annual report.
