Renewal Facilitation Team
We have completed our interview process and will be meeting to plan next steps this week. We ask for the congregation's continued prayers for us and the process. Beyond prayer, the next place we need the congregation to participate will be a second Congregational Event. On Saturday, May 11 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Pastor Daubert will join us to walk us through the next phase of renewal. We had a great turnout for the first event and heard only good comments, so we are looking for an even larger turnout on Saturday May 11th. Please mark your calendars. And yes -- there will be goodies like last time. You do not want to miss this pivotal point in the Faith Lutheran's journey.
Congregational Interviews Completed
Thank you to all those who participated in the congregational interviews over the last 3 weeks. For those of you unable to attend one or more of the last three Sundays, April 7th, 14th & 21st, during the service we discussed Wows, Assets & Passions, and Needs of the congregation. Members answered 3 questions each week and turned them in for the Renewal Team to study. If you would like to participate still or have thought of additional answers you would like the Team to have, please fill out your answers online OR you may use the white, purple or blue half sheets in the narthex no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26th. The Team will be meeting then to compile the answers we have received.

Friday, April 26th, TUFF will be going to play Whirlyball!! Meet at Faith at 6:15 to carpool to Whirlyball in Lombard to have some fun. We will also have pizza there. It's A Girl!
|  The white rose on the altar is in celebration of the birth of Lyric Jacklynne Cannizzo. Lyric was born on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 to Kayla Cannizzo. She weighs 7 lbs, 1 oz and is 20 inches long. Both baby and mom are doing great. God bless Lyric and her family. |
