Cross-Generational Sunday School  
The Christian Education Team welcomes all disciples!  This Sunday during our normal Sunday School hour, 9:15 - 10:15 a.m., we will host a second cross-generational Sunday School at Faith.  The program is called "Everyday Disciple" and it will allow us to engage the Bible in new ways and with new energy.  We'll explore the Bible and create a congregation Bible verse chain.  We'll also make family mezuzahs! Continental breakfast will be served!  We hope that everyone will participate!

Renewal Facilitation Team
  
The Renewal Facilitation Team met on February 17th.  Next steps were discussed.  Look for refreshers of our renewal process in sermons and Temple Talks.  Community leader interviews are our next focus.  A more detailed description will be in the next "Higher Ground."


Lent Schedule
Wednesdays in Lent (Feb. 20, 27, March 6, 13 & 20):  6:15 p.m. 
  
We will have a light supper and a service down in the fellowship hall.  After the service, those who wish to participate will go up to the meeting room for a Bible study on "Jesus Christ Superstar" lead by John Dumas & Pastor Thad.  We need hosts for the suppers, please sign up!!

The front doors of the church were left unlocked again this week.  If you are ONE

The white rose on the altar is in celebration of Gene & Dale Skorepa's 1st Great-Great Granddaughter.  
Evelyn Faye Compton-Austra was born February 15, 2013, weighing 7 lbs. 11 oz. to Cheyene Compton and Brandon Austra.  God bless the family!
