Would you like to make it easter for Canadian customers to buy your product? Did you know that many Canadian companies are increasingly demanding that US suppliers handle the importation process for the US products they buy?
The Non-Resident Importer (NRI) program allows US companies to directly import their goods into Canada by giving them the same benefits as Canadian importers and enabling them to sell on a landed cost basis.
If you are interested in more information, NEOTEC will be hosting a two-part webinar series on the Non-Resident Importer Program. Part 1 will be held Thursday, April 9 and discuss the nuts and bolts of the program and how to get started, while the second part will be May 5 and discuss the Canadian sales tax compliance requirements. For more information, cost and or to register for the Webinar series, click here.
