The U.S. Small Business Administration is sponsoring a seminar for small business owners to learn the basics of the Affordable Care Act in Akron on February 21.  Small business owners will hear presentations from SBA officials and will be able to ask questions about the implementation of the new law. 

The seminar will run from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Akron Global Business Accelerator (the former B.F. Goodrich complex in downtown Akron - 526 S.
