Our Price Match promise is pretty simple: if you find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, new, identical item from an authorized Ontario dealer, now or within 14 days of your purchase, just show us the price and we will match it. For the fine print and more information, click here.

Our commitment to service does not end when you leave the store. While we strive to sell top-quality products, every now and then, something doesn't quite work the way you expected it to. The new AO Warranty Plus program goes above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty by offering you immediate response to defective merchandise: if you discover, within 60 days, that an item you purchased from us is defective, just return that item, along with the sales receipt, to the nearest Algonquin Outfitters store.  You will have the option of an immediate replacement (if the item is in stock), store credit or we can return the defective item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
