Do Shelve Smartly
Think like a grocery store to make the most of your kitchen shelves. Pull everything toward the front & arrange them in columns of like things, so you can see a representative of each type of item in the front row. Fewer unknown items will lurk toward the back of the shelf, where they're easy to forget.

Don't Capture Everything
It's easy to yearn to capture every cool piece of information we read, see, or hear. But in the Information Age, it's only a recipe for overwhelm. Instead, consider letting some of these nuggets just wash over you, fertilizing your mind & integrating into your life however they will. Que sera sera!

Get Spicy
Check out Alisa's fabulous spice containers: magnetic, see-through boxes popped onto the wall. There is some set-up (labeling & filling the boxes), but it's great to reach over & grab what you need. Plus you avoid using a drawer, & won't need to re-fill often. When you do, buy some fresh. Yum!
