Doing prep work ahead of time -- & with a smart strategy, like planning from a list of tried-&-true meals (including ingredients) or an ingenious step-by-step guide like 5Dinners1Hour.com.

Don't Choose
Save time & feel better about your decisions by making fewer of them. Barry Schwartz explains in The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less that life is easier & more satisfying when we give thoughtful limits to today's wonderful yet oppressive limitlessness. Eg, rules-of-thumb for how many options you'll consider ("I'll look for a couch at only 2 stores") & striving for good-enough, not perfect. |

Here in Ann Arbor, the Shelter Association seeks to end homelessness with a host of services all in one location, all year long.
