   'Tis the Season for SWPPP

SWPPP (Storm Water Polution Prevention Plans) is a recent law enacted by the state of California that requires all grading activities of one acre or larger to comply with a general permit designed by the California Water Quality Control Board.  The requirements are very specific on how to handle storm water runoff and erosion control on a job site.  Cleary Bros. has been very busy the past few months getting our own projects and other sites compliant and ready for the rainy season.  As seen in this photo Cleary Bros. installed erosion control fabric and hysroseeding on a large solar panel site for the Martinez School District.  If you have any questions regarding SWPPP or need help with installation please call Mike Cleary for more information.

Featured Property
Silvergate Highlands

Cleary Bros. and Silvergate Highlands HOA have been partners for more than 13 years. Nestled up against the foothills in western Dublin, this charming community is both attractive and well-located. It has a very cozy and rural feel, yet has easy access to the civilized Tri-Valley and Highway 680. Wildlife sightings are not uncommon and Martin Canyon Creek traverses the property.

The landscape committee, headed by Dan Castillo, an original resident and board member, coordinate regularly with Dave Kent, the Cleary Bros. Account Manager. Together, they perform monthly site walks to ensure the property stays in tip-top condition. Improvements are constantly sought-after and implemented.

From the board of directors:

"This letter of appreciation is being sent to you at the direction of the Board of Directors regarding your employee David Kent.  The Silvergate Highlands Board appreciates his superior service, extra ordinary efforts and for going beyond the call of duty when required.  Please extend our sincerest gratitude to Dave for his superior work on behalf of the Association and Management."
