We'd like to share a recent project with you
called Contemporary Ranch Home.
 The owners of this property wanted a rustic yet Contemporary Ranch home. They hired Scott Gilbride as their architect and Kirsti Wolfe as their interior designer. Steve was chosen as their builder to use his many years of experience and skills to bring all their ideas together to build them this outstanding 3 bedroom home overlooking a picturesque canyon and many acres of privacy. The owners were thrilled with the attention to detail throughout the home and beautiful finish work. It is a sanctuary that they will enjoy for many years into their retirement. The home also has a hawk mew for the owners pastime as a falconer.

Hansmann Construction did a seamless job. Steve's impressive skills and knowledge, his love of building, and his remarkably long and extensive experience provided solutions to every construction choice. He hired excellent subcontractors, who were also very skilled and took considerable pride in doing things right. It was a pleasure to work with someone as nice as Steve. He was caring and thoughtful about our concerns, and he was committed to making things work for us. He and his son John helped us with a lot of little things that were important to us, although not essential to the main project. The home they built for us is a solid testament to skill, pride and beauty.
