As I think back over the past year or so, I am amazed at the faithfulness and goodness of God. So many times in recent months I've questioned, pouted, disagreed and was afraid. But my Father was faithful, as always, to continue on the best path to achieve the best outcome. I've heard it said that God's way is what we would always choose if we knew the end from the beginning. This is so true!

I am also very thankful for friends and family that have supported me through a difficult and often confusing time in ministry. Your prayers, words of encouragement, and financial support have kept me going during a time that I was often unsure if I would survive. Well,  I survived!! And now doors of opportunity are opening both at home and abroad. I am excited about the future and confident that God has an amazing plan!

One of these opportunities is in the Dallas area with a new ministry to young women who have aged out of foster care. As many of you know, this is an area where I have quite a few years of experience. (I love how God uses ALL of our past for His glory and our good!) Though it's not crystal clear at this point exactly what my involvement will be at Blake's House, (www.blakeshouse.org) I know that God has called me to serve the leadership and the girls there. I love them already! 

I also have several international opportunities coming up in the first few months of 2015.  I want to be in the middle of God's plan! Please pray with me that everything will take shape as He wants.  

You, my partners, have a very special place in my heart. And your faithfulness will never be forgotten by me or our Father. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!
