RAMADAN ADS


 Adhaan [Call to Prayer] During the month of Ramadan, the Shura Council plans to share the message of Ramadan on the Radio. Click here to listen for a sample radio message which will be broadcasted over SoCal airwaves on select AM and FM stations, around Iftar time.

We urge the community to support this initiative and sponsor Ramadan ads. Each 30-second ad cost varies between $100 to $500 depending upon the station. A couple of years ago, we had advertised on KNX, KFWB and KTWV reaching more than a few million listeners during the course of the month of Ramadan.


 We welcome the community to sponsor one ad or many. In reciprocity, the Shura Council will thank you on behalf of the SoCal Muslims and also send you a complimentary copy of the 20 Year SoCal Muslim History Souvenir.  The Shura Council extends its deep condolences to the Sakr and Nasser families for their loss of 19 year-old Ibrahim Mohammed Nasser, who was laid to rest yesterday. Indeed from God we come and to Him we return. We pray for the deceased and we pray that the Sakr and Nasser families be blessed with the best of patience for their irrevocable loss. We also urge everyone to remember Dr. Ahmad Sakr in your prayers for his health. 


 Imam Suhail Mulla joins ACCESS California Services as its Interim Executive Director.
