The Islamic Shura Council's goal for our Prison Outreach Program (POPs) is to develop a team of 100volunteers in 2014. If you're interested in serving inmates in Southern California-based jails as a volunteer, please click here. Volunteers who are trained and certified by the Islamic Shura Council will be offered modest compensation for their time and services.
