Seniors: Buy Grad Night Tickets This Friday, May 15 at Lunch! - There are only nine days left to buy Grad Night tickets. Don't wait until the last minute! The Grad Night committee will be on the Green this Friday, May 15 at lunch to collect your forms and payment. Tickets are $100, and scholarships are available. Please note that if you supported the fall fundraising campaign, you still need to purchase a ticket.

You may also turn in your forms to Mike Amoroso in room B-21 or you can pay online through PayPal and mail the completed forms to the address printed on the form. Your ticket purchase will not be complete until all the forms have been received. If you turn them in on the Green this Friday, you will have on-the-spot verification that everything is complete and we will put your name on "the list" of attendees.

If you need forms, you can pick them up in room B-21 or get them online at the PTA Grad Night page. There are four sheets in the packet:

• Information Sheet
• Eligibility Guidelines 
• Registration Form**Must be returned
• Permission Form**Must be signed by parent and student and returned

If you are interested in a scholarship, please see Mike Amororso in Room B-21 with your completed forms. Everyone should attend regardless of ability to pay!

 Solo Quedan 9 Días Para Comprar Entradas de Grad Night - !No esperen a el ultimo minuto! Este Viernes a la hora del almuerzo el comité de Grad Night estará en el Green para recoger formularios y cobrar. Las entradas valen $100 y tememos becas.

Tambien pueden pagar y entregar el formulario a el señor Amoroso en la clase B-21,  o pueden pagar por PayPal. Si pagan por PayPal tendrán que enviar el formulario por correo a la dirección indicada en el formulario, y la compra no será valida hasta que los formularios sean recibidos.

 Se pueden conseguir formularios en la clase del Señor Amoroso (B-21) o en la pagina web de PTA Grad Night. El formulario tiene 4 paginas:

• Hoja de información
• Hoja explicando quien puede atender a Grad Night
• Hoja de registro ** Hay que entregarla
• Hoja con el permiso ** Deberá estar firmada por el estudiante y  un padre, y hay que entregarla
