Greetings!
What a welcome! What a week! Thank you all for the generous welcome you provided to me and my family on Sunday. We were energized by our spirited beginning. I believe that our first Sunday was a strong sign of the fruitful ministry that we will grow together. The week that has followed our first Sunday has been equally auspicious. From finance and vestry meetings, to Eventide and Dickensian Feasts, this week has taught me that you are a gracious people with strong leadership who like to have a good time. What a wonderful combination! When a people such as this direct their attention and open themselves to the Spirit of God, amazing things happen. In this Advent season, when we await the coming of Christ in our midst, may we continue to pay attention and prepare ourselves to reveal God's glory in our world. I'll see you Sunday for more sublime joy!
In Peace,
Rev. Aime
Rector
