Annual Olde English Holiday Feast is Tonight

 6:30 p.m.    Wednesday    December 18

The annual Olde English Holiday Feast will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall tonight. We'll enjoy great fellowship and traditional food of the season, including wassail and mince pies. There also will be crafts for the entire family, including making hand-made Christmas tree ornaments and stringing popcorn around it.

Three Christmas Eve Services Feature Music

4, 7 & 10 p.m.    Tuesday    December 24

Join us Christmas Eve for three remarkable celebrations of the Feast of the Nativity on Tuesday, December 24.

The 4 p.m. service will be casual and oriented to people of all ages. The language of the service will be easy to follow. The Eventide Band will lead us is singing a variety of favorite Christmas carols.

The 7 p.m. service will be a full choral Eucharist with choir and a chamber orchestra. The star of the Anglican Communion's Christmas celebration, Christmas Eve is filled with sights, smells and sounds of the season.

At 10 p.m., the choir and orchestra return. This service is modeled after the traditional Anglican midnight Mass liturgy and will include much liturgical pageantry, including incense.

The singing of Christmas Carols will precede the 7 and 10 p.m. services for 20 minutes.

Dinner to be Offered After Christmas Day Service

11:30 a.m.    Wednesday    December 25

If you find that you will be on your own for Christmas dinner, consider joining your All Saints family for a festive meal at 11:30 a.m. following the 10 a.m. Christmas Day worship service.

The event is for everyone: singles, couples and families. The church will provide turkey, stuffing and gravy. We invite you to bring the rest. We will need appetizers, salads, Christmas side dishes, desserts, wines and waters. A sign-up sheet is available on the Information Table. We need to have an accurate count for the day and an indication of what you wish to bring. For those who would like to "party on" after dinner, we will have board games to play. For more information, click here to e-mail the Rev. Vicki Mouradian or telephone her at (805) 969-4771, ext. 110.
