Holiday Giving

During this time of year, we believe in giving to those in need.  In honor of our clients, their parents, and our colleagues, this year we have donated to a wonderful organization called Friends of Karen, an organization that provides support for children with life-threatening illnesses and support for their families.  We hope you are surrounded by the spirit of giving during this season as well.
How to Determine Your Child's Physical Interests

Half the battle of getting your child interested in and excited about physical activity is figuring out just what kind of activity excites him.  We often have parents asking us how to find out what sort of exercise their child will enjoy.  Luckily, they came to the right place.

The most important thing of all is to listen to your child.  Ask him what kind of sport or physical activity he would enjoy doing or even just trying out.  Be prepared to offer some suggestions f your child doesn't have any ideas right away.

It is important that you keep in mind your child's physical ability.  Not every child will be physically able to do the activity he wants to do.  In this case, it is important that you encourage him to try something that he would still enjoy but is more within his ability range.

Fitness That Kids Love!

We are Energetic Juniors, the energizing fitness concept for children and teens between the ages of 4 and 17. We provide personalized one-on-one workouts that incorporate cardiovascular exercise, strength training, yoga, boxing and more.
