What Have We Been Up To?

We are excited to have been offering classes at Southbridge Towers once again since this past spring.  For a video of one of Candice's warm-ups at Southbridge, click below.

Jeanie, who attends the class weekly, says:
     "I hated exercising until I took one class a
      week.  Now I'm taking three exercise classes a week and
      looking forward to each class. Who knew?!"

Health Tips from ES Trainer, Candice Pell                        

     

 

Tips are given out to the group class on a regular basis.  Here are Candice's most recent tips:
  1. In the hot weather, be sure to stay cool and drink water.
  2. Take your time, being gentle with your body when getting up and down from sitting.  Remember: Plant your feet down and use gravity to help you up!
  3. Practice moving every day, even when it's just moving in your seat.
